Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SIMULIA Services projects, aligning with the SIMULIA HUB strategy.
- Oversee project planning, controlling, and monitoring to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Handle risk management, escalations, and propose solutions to resolve dependencies.
- Mentor and manage teams of 10+ members, focusing on capacity building and team cohesion.
- Plan team ramp-up, training, hiring, and product enablement for future offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders like Brand Hub Leaders, R&D, and Services Managers to ensure project success.
- Support business development in India by working with GEO India and Hubs for proposal building and estimations.

- Experience: 15–17 years in project management.
- Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Production, or Manufacturing (preferred).
- Industry Experience: Previous project management role in manufacturing/supply chain.
- Team Management: Experience managing teams of 10+ members.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Structures, Fluids, or Multi-body Dynamics domains.
- Familiarity with software development, infrastructure, and data management principles.
- Strong project management skills (planning, scheduling, risk management) and experience with project management tools.
- Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
