Job Location: Pune and Hyderabad
Job Description
Knowledge around banking products and cards (retail and corporate).
A minimum of 3+ years of Technology Project/Program/Delivery management experience preferably within banking technology.
Managing the project initiation, approach, scope, schedule, budgets, risks, issues, resources, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes to the system resulting in the final delivery.
Responsible for following SDLC/BTF/Agile/DevOps using standard project management tools such as Clarity and workbench while working closely with team members across business units.
Providing management to maintain a focus on how the project aligns with wider program objectives, where appropriate, and to the change portfolio.
Responsible for project reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies to the management, stakeholders, and steering committees. Making recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.
Ensuring adherence to standard controls through Non-Functional Requirements and drive teams to achieve compliance and framework, capability management, security controls, and technology architecture designs.
Establishing effective governance and controls, in line with Business Transformation Framework, and coordinating cross DevOps and cross Global Business/Global Functions delivery.

Should have work experience around retail banking products like cards, loans, transactional banking, decisioning systems, etc. Our conversations will ascertain that the candidate profile suits engaging with stakeholders who own these products, and that their conversations are meaningful only with a preset level of knowledge.
A good candidate for this requirement would be someone who has managed end-to-end delivery of at least a few banking product launches such as credit/debit cards, payment applications, originations journeys, payment regulations, retail and/or commercial regulations, commercial cards, customer workflows, or cards on local or international networks, involving technology delivery and stakeholders like product managers, banking operations, legal, compliance, regulators, and third parties.
