* Work with ITIL/ISO20000 processes
* Provide L1 support for Networking, VPN, Proxy, Active Directory, Messaging, Server Data Backup, Endpoint Security, etc.
* Administer client OS & endpoint devices
* Gain exposure to Windows, Linux & Unix Server OS
* Prepare and maintain MIS reports
