IT Service LAN Operations Engineer

Location – Pune.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in LAN infrastructure support
BE/B Tech or equivalent degree in technical streams
Professional certification such as CCNA
Basic knowledge of Windows client OS required for end to end troubleshooting of network related issues
Experience in managing enterprise network infrastructure is an advantage
Working knowledge on Cisco networking gears
Customer service oriented with good problem solving attitude
Decent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player
Flexible to work overtime and over the weekends when needed
Additional duties may be assigned based on job role or organizational needs
