What You’ll Do
As a Cloud L1/L2 Support Engineer, you’ll:
- Monitor and support cloud systems for data centers worldwide, 24/7.
- Fix cloud issues using set processes.
- Help L2/L3 teams solve problems via phone, email, or chat.
- Suggest better ways to improve processes and tools.
- Work with cloud tech, Linux, Unix, and scripting.
- Be ready to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, night) with some weekends.
Shifts:
- Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (from office)
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (from office)
- Night: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (from home or office)
Who Can Apply
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, MCA, BCS, or MSc in Computer Science.
- Experience: 0–3 years (freshers welcome).
- Skills:
- Good knowledge of Unix and Linux.
- Basics of cloud tech (AWS is a plus).
- Know databases, networking, and scripting (shell or Python).
- Great English communication skills.
- Ready to work in 24/7 shifts with weekends.
- Eager to learn and work well in a team.
