Job Details and Eligibility Criteria for Wipro Elite Off Campus
Position:
Project Engineer
Salary Package: INR 3.50 LPA
Bonus Structure:
INR 25,000 flat bonus after 6 months
Yearly increments
Merged Bonuses at 18th, 24th, and 36th months

Education Criteria:
10th Standard: Minimum 60%
12th Standard: Minimum 60%
Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA
Accepted Degrees:
B.E./B. Tech. (Compulsory Degree)
M.E./M. Tech (5-Year Integrated Course)
Branches Eligible:
CS/IT and Circuital Branches only
Year of Passing: 2024
Other Eligibility Conditions for Wipro Elite Off Campus:
✅ Maximum 1 backlog allowed at the time of assessment
✅ Maximum 3-year education gap allowed (between 10th and graduation)
✅ No gaps allowed during graduation (must be completed in 4 years)
✅ Open School/Distance Education allowed only for 10th and 12th
✅ Candidates must be Indian Citizens, PIO, or OCI holders
Selection Process for Wipro Elite Off Campus
Wipro follows a structured recruitment process to assess candidates’ technical and communication skills.
Round 1: Online Assessment (128 minutes)
Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability (48 minutes)
Written Communication Test: Essay Writing (20 minutes)
Coding Test: Solve 2 coding problems (60 minutes)
Programming Languages Allowed: Java, C, C++, Python
Round 2: Voice Assessment
Evaluate English communication and pronunciation skills
Round 3: Business Discussion
Final interview with hiring managers
✅ Successful candidates receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by a pre-skilling training. After clearing the training, the final offer letter is issued.

Service Agreement
Selected candidates must sign a 12-month service agreement post-joining, with a penalty of INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis if they leave before completion.
