Role Overview
Lead and manage the software testing process, ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to engineering standards, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Drive test planning, execution, automation, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute testing activities based on project requirements.
- Ensure complete test coverage, track defects, and prepare test reports.
- Lead performance testing using Apache JMeter for Oracle Fusion and API endpoints.
- Collaborate with DevOps for continuous testing integration.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
- Monitor KPIs, manage stakeholders, and coordinate with development teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Apache JMeter, SQL queries, and performance testing.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, estimation, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
- Understanding of performance engineering concepts (throughput, latency, concurrency).
Qualifications & Skills
- A robust background in software testing, specifically with performance testing utilizing Apache JMeter and proficient in SQL queries.
- A solid understanding of testing methodologies, estimation techniques, and automation frameworks helping streamline testing processes.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics that elevate visibility and performance insights.
- A grasp of performance engineering principles, including concepts like throughput, latency, and concurrency, which are crucial in today’s fast-paced digital environment.
