What You’ll Do
As a Software Engineer at NAVEX, you’ll:
- Work with senior engineers to build new features for their risk and compliance platform.
- Write clean code using C#, .NET, SQL, Angular, React, Node, and AWS.
- Join design sessions to understand and plan what to build.
- Create unit tests and automation tests to make sure your code works perfectly.
- Be part of an Agile team – attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Share feedback during team meetings to help everyone improve.
You’ll help create products that make workplaces safer and more ethical for people worldwide!
Who Can Apply
- Experience: 1+ years in software development (Agile environment).
- Must-Have Skills:
- Interest in full-stack development (SaaS or microservices).
- Ready to work with C#, .NET, SQL, Angular, React, Node, and AWS.
- Love solving problems and coming up with new ideas.
- Good at working in a team and solving technical issues.
- Other Skills:
- Focus on accountability, customer service, and delivering results.
