What You’ll Do

As a Jr. Manual Tester, you’ll work on a key project for a major client in Retail Banking. Your responsibilities include:

- Advertisement -

Executing test cases and logging results.
Assisting in defect classification and reporting.
Creating unit-level and functional-level test cases.
Preparing data for status reports and updating daily activities in the Daily Status Report.
Writing and executing SQL scripts for data validation.
Collaborating with teams to analyze requirements and develop software per defined processes.
Participating in peer reviews and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications

Education:
- B.E./B.Tech in any stream, MCA, or M.Sc. (IT) with 1 year of experience as a Test Engineer, OR
- B.Sc./BCA/B.Com/BBA with 1 year of similar work experience from a recognized college/university approved by AICTE.
- Must pass/clear ISTQB Foundation Level certification within three months of joining (or equivalent).
Experience: 1+ years as a Test Engineer.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Retail Banking domain.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to write/execute SQL scripts.
- Familiarity with test management tools.
- Good understanding of functional and manual testing (51% focus).
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL development (49% focus).
- Experience in automation testing is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Job Details

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Work Type: On-site.
