Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain features for both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring they meet the company and client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address functional requirements and design specifications.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing code to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Participate in daily stand-ups to discuss project progress, challenges, and updates.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, coding standards, and architectural considerations across teams.

Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Between 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in software development, particularly in full-stack roles.
- Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular for front-end development.
- Strong back-end experience in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js, and familiarity with database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with a passion for coding and software design.
