Role & Responsibilities:
- You’ll analyze cash received in bank deposits and apply them accurately against tenant accounts.
- Research tenant ledger histories against any over/short payments to ensure everything aligns.
- Handle queries diligently, keeping track of pending issues and following up for resolution.
- Communicate with accountants and property teams to apply payments correctly.
- Investigate and analyze duplicate or erroneous payments, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
- Assist in training new employees and create various process-related and ad-hoc reports.
- Maintain all process-related documents in real-time to ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A strong finance background, preferably a graduate or post-graduate in Commerce.
- 0-2 years of experience in an Order to Cash role, particularly in cash application.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a positive problem-solving attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Demonstrated consistency in values and a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
