What You’ll Do
As a Principal Consultant, Business Analyst, you’ll:
- Talk to clients to understand their business needs and gather requirements
- Work with tech teams to create IT solutions that fit the client’s needs
- Help with platform rationalization (choosing the best tech tools)
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs for specialty insurance products
- Lead and mentor your team, taking ownership of projects
- Create JIRA stories and develop requirements for projects
- Work on client-facing reports and support insurance apps
- Use Agile methods to manage daily stand-ups when needed
You’ll work on financial planning projects, so you’ll need to be good with numbers and tech!
Who Can Apply
Education: BE/B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech
Must-Have Skills
- Experience as a Business Analyst in financial planning
- Hands-on experience with Xceptor tool
- Good at writing SQL queries
- Worked with JIRA or Remedy tools
- Know Agile, DevOps, or ITIL practices
- Experience in data analysis and data migration
- Can create process flows and screen mockups
- Worked on transformation, integration, or automation projects
- Strong coordination with vendors, business owners, and tech teams
- Good communication and analytical skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with client-facing reports
- Know IT tech stacks (frontend, databases, cloud, APIs)
- Production support experience for insurance apps under SLA/KPI
