Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / IFRS for various Ford subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with external auditors and prepare comprehensive audit work papers by analyzing financial data to support annual audits.
- Support critical month-end and quarter-end closing processes by processing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and preparing detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
- Assist the corporate finance team with the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Form 10-Q and 10-K.
- Provide support to the tax team during both direct and indirect tax audits.
- Ensure timely completion of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) testing to maintain compliance with the company’s internal control requirements.
- Independently lead projects involving complex accounting issues or matters.

Qualifications & Skills
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
- Familiarity with Indian GAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP certification is essential.
- 0-2 years of experience in financial reporting and handling audits – both freshers and those with experience are encouraged to apply.
- A solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts.
- An aptitude for collaboration and building positive working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- A penchant for continuous professional development through self-study, networking, and relevant training.
- Experience with automation tools, such as Alteryx, for advanced data analytics will be a plus.
