Job Description:
LTIMindtree is looking for professionals with experience in the Insurance domain, particularly in P&C Insurance or Broker MGA. The role involves:
- Domain Expertise:
- Must have hands-on experience in PAS configuration products like Vertafore, MS Concept One, or Bridge.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Commercial Insurance space.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leads and technical teams to define and document business vision and scope.
- Capture and finalize business requirements and obtain client sign-off.
- Translate business needs into solution design and requirement documents.
- Facilitate acceptance testing and approval processes.
- Skill Set:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
