Infosys is seeking an Automation Testing Engineer to join their Quality Engineering Service Line in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll be part of the delivery team, ensuring the design, development, validation, and support of high-quality automation testing solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, contribute to project estimations, and build efficient systems that drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to translate them into system specifications.
- Perform API automation testing using tools like REST, Karate, and Postman.
- Collaborate with Technology Leads and Project Managers to provide accurate project estimations.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective testing and support activities.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Experience: 3-8 years in automation testing.
- Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in SDET (Selenium + Java) and API Automation (REST, Karate, Postman).
